As of June 11, 2025 Project has been awarded to Dunigan Brothers, Inc. Awarded amount is not available The Work includes replacing existing filter equipment in the north side filter bay, with three cloth disk filters. The work included demolition of existing equipment, construction of new filter tanks, installation of proposed equipment, piping, conduit, instrumentation, etc. Bids shall be on lump sum basis. The right is reserved by OWNER to accept any Bid, to reject any Bid, and to waive irregularities in Bids. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or Bid Bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Question Deadline 04/21/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
