High Performance Cold Mix Materials Supply Contract FOB: State wide Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes Supply Contract for furnishing to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (hereafter called ARDOT) requirements of High-Performance Cold Mix at pricing set forth on the attached Bid Form for the period from October 1, 2025 thru March 31, 2026 (6 months). Bid Bond in the amount $500.00 required of all bidders at the time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Performance Bond in the amount of $2,000 will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. Performance and company checks are not acceptable as Performance Bonds
