Questions received less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project consists of replacement of the existing UPS located in IDF-7 with new 25kVA UPS including maintenance bypass system, new IDF-7 electrical panel, and relocation of low-voltage electrical support equipment in telecommunications room IDF-7. Potential bidders not on the plan holder list may request access to the pre-bid conference by contacting Nicholas Holland(NAHolland@GarverUSA.com). Each bidder shall be limited to three personnel per organization Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bidders must be licensed to perform work within the state of Arkansas. The Commission encourages the participation of small and veteran-owned business enterprises. Bids must remain in effect for90 days after the bid opening date. Within 90 days from the bid date, the Owner may award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder or reject any or all Bids for the Project. The LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPALAIRPORT COMMISSION reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities in the Bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of the LITTLE ROCKMUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION, and to reject non conforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
