Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Rock, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a wastewater treatment plant.
This solicitation is for a General Contractor/Construction Manager-at-Risk ("GCCM") to provide preconstruction services during the design process of a Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority ("LRWRA") project that will involve rehabilitation of concrete, gates, and ancillary equipment within the Fourche Creek Water Reclamation Facility (FCWRF). The project will include concrete wall repair and replacement of existing gates in multiple areas. Electrical improvements will be included at the headworks facility. The project will also include structural repair and handrail replacement in multiple areas. The Contractor shall be familiar with the GCCM delivery method, as this project will be delivered through a GCCM process. The GCCM will provide the services for the project in a two (2) phase approach, preconstruction and construction. Responders should demonstrate their experience with providing GCCM services. Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority encourages participation of small business enterprises and veteran-owned businesses in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction, either as a general contractor or sub-contractor. It is further requested that whenever possible, prime contractors who require sub-contractors seek qualified small and/or veteran-owned businesses to partner with them.
