Roof Replacement for 2 structures located at Kayak Point Regional Park (15610 Marine Drive, Stanwood, WA 98292): a. Southern Shelter-Restroom: Remove and replace the existing roof of the structure with an equivalent new roof. The approximate dimensions of this roof are (approx. 22'x135' on the longest sides of the trapezoid - 2,695 sf). There are 4 skylights and 1 roof vent. b. Caretaker Residence Garage: Remove and replace the existing roof of the structure with an equivalent new roof. The approximate dimensions of this roof are 24'x26' - 624 square feet. 3. TIMELINE: Contractor shall coordinate with Parks operations and reservations staff to ensure there are no conflicts with public use of the sites.
