Site work for a mixed-use development in Iowa City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
The Project will involve the following: Demolition of existing softball infrastructure, installation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water service, site preparation, site grading, erosion control measures, site restoration, and other related work. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid must accompany bid in accordance with the Information for Bidders. Approximate Start Date: As soon as possible after award of project. Final Completion Date: June 1, 2026 Liquidated Damages: $1,000 per day Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment bond will be required in the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and also reserves the right to waive technicalities and irregularities.
