Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Haslett, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project location: Newton Road Park at the corner of Newton Road and Lake Lansing Road in Meridian Township. Project highlights: Bids are solicited on a unit price basis. The work involves the following major bid items: o Installation of shared use pathway near Newton Road Park o Remove and replace damaged shared use pathway at various locations o Installation of two (2) corrugated steel pipe culverts. Project description: Installation of a new shared use pathway. Proposals shall include the furnishing of all labor, material, and some equipment to complete the project. Work on the project must commence within 10 (ten) days of issuance of the "Notice To Proceed." Construction shall be completed by November 1st, 2025. Completion is defined as being constructed, tested, placed in service, and the site restored. Project categories: Sidewalks & Non-Motorized Paths.
