Any party winterizing the systems at Clement Circle should ensure that their procedures are thorough enough to prevent any damage that can be caused from freeze/thaw. Winterizing party should also ensure that their measures are protecting the pools from lifting and offering sufficient protection of the pool surfaces. None of the procedures listed below encompass the winterization of water feed from the city line to the meter on the northeast corner of the pool mechanical building. Before beginning any winterization or opening procedures, inspect and confirm that ground water conditions are suitable for draining pools.
