Reference Number 0000397914 The purpose of this RFP is to PROVIDE AND INSTALL two 20-Ton roof top units at the DPW Fleet Maintenance Garage, 13405 Surrey Ave., Livonia, MI 48150. Question Deadline 09/23/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No, Questions regarding the Request for Bid must be submitted in writing to the attention of Gus Kandah, Purchasing Manager, via email at: gkandah@livonia.gov, will be responded to in writing in the form of an addendum which will be posted on the MITN website. No phone calls will be accepted. All inquiries regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the Purchasing Manager. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Each proposal shall be accompanied by a 5% BID BOND in the amount of five percent on the Michigan Standard Form, issued by an approved Surety Company, must be furnished.
