Brigid Collins Family Support Center is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the following services: Concrete Surface Preparation Mechanically grind down existing concrete floor surface to remove imperfections, old adhesive, and surface contaminants. Smooth and level surface to meet manufacturer specifications for epoxy flooring systems. Epoxy Coating Installation Apply manufacturer-approved epoxy primer and topcoat system. Ensure full coverage and even finish with slip-resistant additive. Allow for curing time and protect from dust, debris, and moisture during installation. Contractor is responsible for: Providing all materials, tools, and labor. Protecting adjacent finishes, walls, and fixtures. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite. Complying with all applicable building codes, safety standards, and federal labor requirements. This project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act and related labor standards provisions. Contractors and all subcontractors must pay laborers and mechanics no less than the prevailing wage rates for corresponding work classifications as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor for Whatcom County, Washington.
