Brigid Collins Family Support Center is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the following services: Carpet Removal Remove and dispose of existing carpet and associated padding from designated rooms. Prepare subfloor for new flooring installation (to be completed under a separate contract). Drywall & Insulation Installation Install new insulation in designated wall sections per Washington State energy code standards. Install new drywall, tape, mud, and finish surfaces to a smooth, paint-ready condition. Interior Painting Apply primer and two coats of low-VOC paint to specified walls, ceilings, and trim. Colors to be approved by owner prior to application. Contractor is responsible for: Providing all materials, tools, and labor. Protecting existing finishes, furniture, and fixtures. Maintaining a clean and safe worksite. Complying with all applicable codes, regulations, and federal labor standards.
