The MRC, Metro Regional Center 600 NE Grand Ave. Portland, OR 97232, is looking for a commercial landscape firm to provide full service exterior maintenance, repair and modifications. General Requirements: 1. Comply with LEED Gold certification standards 2. Adhere to a no pesticide practice, however if required use of pesticides must be approved by facilities management 3. All equipment and tools must be manual, or battery powered 4. Ability to hand weed habitat beds and planting sites 5. MRC desires an engaged contractor that is knowledgeable and skilled in native plant maintenance practices 6. Adhere to Metro's Integrated Pest Management Policy (attachment B) Please submit all questions to bidsandproposals@oregonmetro.gov.
