New water service connections to existing residences, commercial buildings, and town facilities. Associated works include: Excavation (common and rock). Pressure testing, flushing, and disinfection. Reinstatement of ditches, asphalt driveways, curbs, and road surfaces. Installation of fire hydrants, valves, end caps, and thrust blocks.
