As of October 13, 2025 Bid were rejected . No definite date for rebid. Village Office Renovations Village of Farwell reserves the rights to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids. Overall Project: The Village requires renovations to make the office ADA-compliant. The main tasks are: i. Replace the main entry doors with an ADA-compliant power door. a. Install a locking drop box near the exterior ADA power door. b. Install ADA power door in interior between office & ADA vestibule c. Any sidewalk/concrete work required for door installation d. Wall of the middle door (between the north and south doors) e. Doors must be handicapped accessible and can be unlocked via electronic keycard for staff ii. Demo out all flooring in the main office and bathroom. a. Replace with Vinyl flooring, matching trim (25-year or longer warranty preferred) iii. Demo out all required walls following ADA requirements (per floorplan). a. Put up wall to create an ADA compliant Vestibule b. Install a sliding safety window within the newly created vestibule. c. Replace paneling in the vestibule with drywall d. Paint all interior office walls White. e. Demo trim and put in Pine Trim iv. Create an ADA-compliant bathroom as outlined in the floorplan a. New Fixtures as required for compliance b. Electrical and plumbing work v.
