Surrey Township is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Third-Party Administration (TPA) services for a Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) project. The selected administrator will assist in the management, compliance, and reporting requirements of the grant in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Scope of Work The selected TPA will be responsible for, but not limited to: Coordinating with MSHDA and local officials on project implementation. Ensuring compliance with all CDBG program requirements, including environmental review. Preparing and submitting required reports and documentation. Managing project budgets, disbursements, and recordkeeping. Assisting with public notices, hearings, and citizen participation requirements. Providing technical assistance to the Township as needed.
