**As of September 29th, 2025, the project was awarded to All Phase Landscape Construction, but the awarded amount is not available.** Founders Village Wagonwheel Trail Streetscape Improvements . This Project Site is located in the Founders Village residential community, Castle Rock, Colorado. The Scope of the Streetscape Improvements generally includes the following construction activities: Site Preparation / Traffic and Erosion Control Cast-In-Place Concrete Retaining Wall Colored, Stamped Concrete Flatwork and Other Concrete Flatwork: Removal and Replacement of Four ADA Concrete Ramps and Adjacent Curb, Gutter, and Asphalt. Removal of Existing Dead and/or Dying Trees and Understory. Removal of Dilapidated Mulch, Steel Edging, Weed Mat, Abandoned Irrigation, etc. Locate and ensure proper connection/installation of irrigation Tap #2. New Irrigation Systems, Fine Grading, Soil Amendments, Landscape Plantings, and Native Seed Establishment. Bids shall be submitted on the basis of the District s Bid Form. The District will review the Bid based upon all Bid Forms and award a Contract based upon criteria deemed to be in the District s best interest. All questions regarding this Bid should be directed to the District Landscape Architect named above. The Villages at Castle Rock Metropolitan District No. 4 O. Karl Kasch District Manager No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date the Bids are opened. It is the District s intention to expedite all construction such that all concrete, stonework, landscape plantings, and irrigation are Substantially Completed by June 30, 2026. The District plans to award the project on September 03, 2025. Each Bidder shall file with his / her Bid a Cashier s Check or Bid Bond of five percent (5%) of the Bid Amount. The Bid Bond will be returned to all Bidders upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Material and Labor Payment Bond guaranteeing Contractor s full and faithful performance. Proof of Workman s Compensation and Liability Insurance will also be required. All insurance policies shall name certain additional insured parties as detailed in the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any Bid. Bids received after the specified bid time will be returned to Bidder(s) unopened.
