All work is to be done in strict compliance with the Project Manual prepared by City of Iowa City, of Iowa City, Iowa, which has heretofore been approved by the City Council, and are on file for public examination in the Office of the City Clerk. Prospective bidders are advised that the City of Iowa City desires to employ minority contractors and subcontractors on City projects. A listing of Targeted Small Business contractors can be obtained from the Iowa Department of Administrative Services at (515) 242-5120.
