Demolition and Asbestos Abatement of 204 South Central Avenue contractor shall remove the building at 204 south central ave which consists of a single story masonry building & post frame garage. remove shallow wood crawlspace @ masonry bldg., slab on grade @ post frame garage, masonry exterior walls, post frame wood garage W/ metal siding & roofing, interior wood frame & drywall / paneling construction W/ wood trussed roof framing. A. first floor masonry building is approximately 1,263 s.f. B. first floor post frame garage is approximately 380 s.f. A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid as guarantee that the bid will not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the date of opening of bids, and that the successful bidder will enter into a Contract for the work awarded him. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in any bid and to accept any bid considered advantageous to the Owner.
