Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Munster, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Bids will be received for the following Work: A single General Contract to a General Contractor for all trades and scope of work, as included in the Project Bid Documents. The work includes but is not limited to new post-tension concrete tennis courts, a viewing platform, fencing, sidewalks, bleachers, sports lighting, and all associated site work and electrical work. Refer to the Drawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities, see the project manual for detailed information.
