Rock Riffle Trail Extension from Liverpool Road to Oklahoma Street The Little Calumet River Basin Development Commission (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Rock Riffle Trail Extension from Liverpool Road to Oklahoma Street The Project includes the following Work: The project scope includes but is not limited to: installation of landscape plantings, decorative mulch, landscape boulders, asphalt parking lot, asphalt trail, concrete sidewalk, and concrete trail.The project shall also include demolition and removal of soil, concrete, and existing vegetation as required to construct and install improvements. The Project has an expected Substantial Completion to be fulfilled by July 1st, 2026, and Final Completion to be fulfilled by October 16th, 2026. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on a solvent bank or trust company, drawn to the order of the Little Calumet River Basin Development Commission, or an acceptable Bid Bond, in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total Bid for the Project. The Bid security of the successful Bidder will not be returned until Bidder delivers the required signed contract and Performance Bond. However, no Bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for opening, unless agreed to by the OWNER. The award of the contract will be made by the OWNER. The Little Calumet River Basin Development Commission reserves the right, after all Bids have been examined and tabulated, to waive any informalities and insubstantial defects in any Bid; to accept the Bid which it deems to be the lowest, responsive, and responsible; and to reject any and all of the Bids received.
