The Town of Munster is seeking professional service proposals for its landscape maintenance program for the years 2026, 2027, and 2028. The landscape contractor is responsible for having a clear and thorough understanding of the specifications prior to submitting a proposal. Contractors submitting a proposal must agree to furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to fulfill the outlined scope of services. The intent is to keep the parks and landscape beds looking neat and well-groomed at all times by conforming to these specifications. Proposals must include completed pages 5 and 6, as well as other items noted and summarized in the document. Proposals should not include any sales tax. Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked appropriately and dropped off at the designated location.
