Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Athens, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Athens, Tennessee, will be soliciting bids for Various Stormwater Improvements at three different sites: Regional Park Detention Pond, Cook Drive Detention Pond, and the northeast corner of the intersection of Mayfield Lane and Ingleside Avenue. The project includes, but is not limited to, bank stabilization, construction of a new stormwater detention area, landscape improvements, sidewalk installation, dredging of an existing pond, reconstruction of a detention pond outlet structure, site prep & restoration, and erosion prevention and sediment control measures.
