Remodeling of a clubhouse / community center in Athens, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Sealed bids are requested for the Regional Park House Remodel, RFB #25-18. This bid requires a licensed and bonded General Contractor as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Bids must be submitted in a sealed format to Athens City Hall. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents are available for examination and download from the provided link, or can be viewed in person at City Hall. The City of Athens reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all bids. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids and will not be discriminated against. This project is a renovation of a 1950 split-level house to be turned into office space for the Parks and Recreation Department.
