Site work for an industrial development in Athens, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for an industrial development.
The project consists of the removal of existing site features and initial site preparation, including the construction of an access road and a graded 7-acre pad with permanent EPSC stabilization. Bidders are required to be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of Tennessee and must be qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Each bid must be accompanied by security in the amount, form, and subject to conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention is directed to the requirements regarding conditions of employment and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening date.
