Bids will be accepted for annual requirements for liquid asphalt for McMinn County for the period of April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. Bids must be submitted to the Office of the Director of Finance at the McMinn County Courthouse. Bidders are not permitted to withdraw their bid for ninety days following the opening date. McMinn County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept any portion of a bid in the county's best interest. All bidders must comply with the county's non-discrimination policy and are required to submit a Drug Free Workplace Affidavit if they have five or more employees. Detailed bid specifications and bid forms are available in the Office of the Director of Finance.
