Site work and paving for a road / highway in Athens, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

*As of April 6, 2026 this project has been awarded to the Wright Brothers for $2,367,013.75. Paving of various county road projects, grade E/CW (new 1 inch compacted), to be completed within one year from receipt of notice to proceed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for ninety days following the date of the opening. Bidders must submit a Drug Free Workplace Affidavit as required by law, stating compliance with a drug free workplace program. All bidders must comply with the county's non-discrimination policy. Detailed bid specifications and forms are available from the Office of the Director of Finance. The county reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or accept the bid, or any part thereof, that is in the best interest of the county.
