The City of Brandon (the City) is interested in obtaining Firm Pricing for the following: General Contractor Services for Work on Privately Owned Property From September 01, 2025 to December 31, 2027 The term for this Firm Price List is September 01, 2025 to December 31, 2027. The term may be renewed for one additional year. Provide hourly rates for 2025 on the Bid Form. Indicate price increase/decrease for Year 2, Year 3 and optional Year 4 on the Bid Form. The potential work for the departments may include but is not limited to the following: a. Building Safety Department i. Minor roofing work ii. Minor landscaping work iii. Minor electrical work iv. Minor plumbing work v. Boarding and securing of vacant buildings vi. Interior and/or exterior renovations vii. Demolition of buildings and/or components of buildings including hazardous materials remediation. b. Maintenance Department i. Minor fence repairs - both wood and chain link ii. General repair work including but not limited to repair of siding, eavestroughs, out-buildings, etc. iii. Landscaping service work including but not limited to replacing of grass, shrubs, etc. iv. Small scale painting services
