The City requires the supply and installation of boilers, circulation pumps and motors at the A.R. McDiarmid at 638 Princess Ave. A.1 Removal and dispose of existing equipment and materials A.2 Supply and install new equipment: A.2.1 Boiler shall be a direct replacement with equal Heating Capacity. A.2.2 Pump/motor shall be a direct replacement with equal Horsepower. A.3 Re-use existing venting and gas line configuration if feasible. A.4 Re-use existing electrical. A.5 Start up and test operation. Question Deadline 08/15/2025 Administrative inquiries and requests for clarification of the Bid process shall be made to the Procurement Specialist in writing at purchasing@brandon.ca and must be received not less than five (5) calendar days prior to the date for closing of Bids. Bid-Results:- 1. Option A- Brandon Heating & Plumbing 1998 Ltd- $41,681 2. Option B- Brandon Heating & Plumbing 1998 Ltd- $76,151 The Work for 2025 shall be completed by November 01, 2025. The Work for 2026 shall be completed by October 01, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Quotations, the City in its sole discretion may reject as non- compliant any Quotation which contains omissions, erasures; is ambiguous or unclear as to meaning or intent; is incomplete, illegible, conditional or contains a qualifier; contains any non-requested alterations or additions to the information provided by the City; is obviously unbalanced; or fails to comply sufficiently with the Instructions to Bidders. The City may, in its sole discretion, waive any and all defects, informalities, and accept any Quotation, as compliant, which it considers is in the best interest of the City of Brandon.
