Demolition and site work for a multi-residential development in Brandon, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) is seeking bids from experienced contractors to demolish and remove building structures from eight (8) residential properties in Brandon, Manitoba: - 525 Frederick Street - 533 Frederick Street - 537 Frederick Street - 543 Frederick Street - 551 Frederick Street - 555 Frederick Street - 556 Park Street - 560 Park Street 1. Provision of all required permits prior to and during construction. 2. Locate, disconnect and remove general utilities and services. Coordinate with all utility providers (MB Hydro, City of Brandon, Bell MTS, Westman Cable, etc.) 3. Demolition, removal and disposal of all designated substances and hazardous materials in accordance with the requirements of regulatory authorities. See Appendix C -Asbestos Assessments. Additional asbestos assessments for four (4) houses will be provided via addendum. 4. Demolition, removal and disposal of buildings including complete removal of the foundations to a maximum depth of 3 metres below grade, concrete sidewalks and pads, fencing and clothes line poles. 5. Properties are to be left level with top soil. 6. The work shall include the provision of labour, material, equipment, machinery and tools required to perform the work. PMH requires this work to be completed as quickly as possible. Preference will be given to a completion date by October, 2025. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com .
