Renovation of a municipal facility in Oregon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Contract consists of replacement of a metal roof system at the Village of Oregon Public Works Garage. Question Deadline 09/06/2025 Question Deadline Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. WORK DESCRIPTION Partial removal of the existing metal roofing system and replacement in the same areas with new metal roofing system, gutters, coping and flashing, and downspouts. Also included in the bid is replacement of damaged or deteriorated equipment hood flashing and coping, and roof vent penetration boots as necessary to create a weathertight new finished appearance. Scope of removal work includes removal of existing metal panel roofing, coping, flashings, batt insulation and associated retainer strips below existing metal roof, fascia, gutters and six (6) downspouts within the approximate limits as indicated on the drawing. Additional removal work includes removal and replacement of existing roof top equipment cowlings and flashings as necessary to complete the project. Also included in the scope of work is the repair of a leak area around a roof penetration, to include replacement of flashings, sealant, damaged or moldy batt insulation on the interior, as indicated in the construction drawings.
