Renovation of a municipal facility in Oregon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project consists of the replacement of a metal roof system at the Village of Oregon Public Works Garage. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Oregon within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline. Each bidder must deposit security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must also be experienced in municipal roofing construction. The Village of Oregon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. The Contract consists of replacement of a metal roof system at the Village of Oregon Public Works.
