In general, the work consists of replacement of two gas and oil-fired steam boilers with two new 8,625 lb/hr gas and oil-fired boilers. Repair work includes the floor slab, foundation, and exterior wall of the existing heating plant, which have been damaged from the weight of the existing water softener and RO systems. Interior upgrades include upgrading existing lighting with new LED light fixtures. Portions of this work require the Mechanical Contractor to have an R-Stamp (National Board) and a PP-Stamp (ASME Pressure Piping Code).
