Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oregon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of reconstruction of Fitchrona Road from Tonto Trail to Nesbitt Road, a new roundabout at the intersection of Fitchrona Road and Lacy Road, reconstruction of Lacy Road to approximately 500 feet east of the new roundabout, a multi-use path along the east side of Fitchrona Road, a retaining wall at the Military Ridge State Trail overpass, a retaining wall at the USH 18 151 Verona Road overpasses, a retaining wall along the east multi-use path at the north project limits, traffic control, pavement marking, street restoration, erosion control, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, lighting, roundabout landscaping, and all appurtenant work. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid, payable to the Fitchburg Treasurer, as a guarantee that the bidder, if the bid is accepted, will execute and file Contract and Bond within 15 days of award. Performance and Payment Bonds each 100% of the bid, with executed Contract is required of successful bidder. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda through Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect
