As of October 10, 2025. Project was awarded to Pence Concrete in the amount of $17,000. Concrete South Storage Shed Floor. Jefferson County Parks is soliciting bids for the installation of a concrete floor in the south storage shed. Project Scope: o Excavating South Storage Shed Floor down 5" below existing concrete approach o Stockpile Existing Gravel o Grading and Compaction o 42' x 66' Floor o 5" Slab with wire mesh o 10'x 20' Apron out East garage door o 5" Thick with rebar mat o Pin slab flush to existing concrete approach o Smooth floor finish inside floor slab o Broomed finish on outside apron o Saw cut joints in slab after concrete is cured o Saw cut joints in both apron approaches to storage shed o Seal concrete aprons and interior floor. Jefferson County reserves the right to reject all bids, waive any deficiencies or formalities in this Request for Proposals, and to accept bids or portions of bids which best serve the interests of Jefferson County regardless of any deficiencies in the bid response. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
