Remodeling of a recreation facility in Jefferson, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade recreation facility.
The work includes the removal and replacement of the existing interior light fixtures for the Fair Park Campus. Bids must be submitted on a stipulated lump sum basis. The contract will be a single bid package executed under a lump sum contract. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Inspection Tour will be conducted prior to bidding. All bidders must comply with statutory requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, accept or reject any and all bids, and accept revisions or modifications after bid acceptance.
