Project is the Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District - Ryan Gulch Road Storm Drainage Project. Install 18-inch diameter storm drain pipe and inlets, as well as miscellaneous drainage culverts, on a portion of the south side of Ryan Gulch Road. Project will also include potholing, removals, grading, concrete valley pan, and asphalt paving the existing ditches and driveways within the project area. This is a Buffalo Mountain Metropolitan District project. Question Deadline 09/16/2025 at 5:00 PM MT All questions shall be directed to calvin@bmmd.org. Answers Due: Friday, September 19, 2025, 5:00 PM . Final questions and answers will be posted to online. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of bid price is required, and Performance, Payment, and Warranty Bond in the amount of 100% of bid, will be required.
