Renovation of a mixed-use development in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The work required by these specifications shall include furnishing all labor, skill, supervision, tools, construction plant, equipment and materials and performing all operations necessary for the properly completed contract work as shown on the Drawings, as mentioned in these specifications, and as evidently required, to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer. Every request for such interpretations shall be in written form and may be emailed to: Rick Alexander, ralexander@chelmsfordma.gov and BLW Engineers, bidding@blwengineers.com to be given consideration, must be received no later than 4:00 PM on September 1, 2025 (3) Schools Elevator Modernization Project All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid. This may be a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Town of Chelmsford. The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town
