The Town of Chelmsford is looking to install a new Fire Suppression System in the Town Office Records Room along with modifications on existing system. Question Deadline 08/11/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All requests for interpretation of plans and specifications may be submitted in writing via email addressed to Matthew Schweitzer at mschweitzer@chelmsfordma.gov and Gary Persichetti at gpersichetti@chelmsfordma.gov Scope of Work: The Town of Chelmsford is seeking construction services for work at the Chelmsford Town offices including the make safe, demolition, removal, and legal disposal of existing fire protection piping and appurtenances at Records Storage Rooms SB03 and LL03 and furnish and installation of two (2) new pre-action fire protection systems and appurtenances. Scope includes the furnish and installation of two (2) new clean agent fire suppression systems at Records Storage Rooms SB03 and LL03. The scope includes all electrical and fire alarm work associated with the systems. Work included is as indicated in the Contract Documents
