For the construction, complete in place, of the 2025 Mill & Overlay Project in the City of Lake Elmo, consisting of the major work items in the following approximate quantities: 8,000 SY 1.5 Milling of Existing Bituminous Pavement 750 TN Type SP 9.5 Bituminous Wearing Course (SPWEA330B). for the closing of the bids, and accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if successful, will enter into a contract with the City to perform the work described in the proposal. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 08/29/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents and Contract Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing, Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
