Renovation of a military facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to remove and install carpet and base cove, as well as paint walls and trim, for the 1st and 2nd floors of HQ AFOTEC Building 20130. The work includes carpet installation per Air Force Carpet II Mandatory Ordering guidelines, adhesive application, painting and trim work, and cove base installation. Evaluation factors include price (individual line and total), past performance (reviewed for negative indicators), and technical approach (timeline, material quality, and completeness of quotation including period of performance). The anticipated contract type is Firm-Fixed Price, with no liquidated damages expected. Tier II contractors must coordinate with Tier I contractors for material quotes and orders.
