The Chief Procurement Officer (Cpo) of Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (Amafca) is Seeking Competitive Bids for the Zuni Pennsylvania Detention Pond Project. The Project Includes Construction of a New Detention Pond, New Retaining Walls, Storm Drain Improvements, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, Fencing, Art, and Landscaping Along With Npdes Compliance. The engineers' estimate for this work is S3,850,000 (not including tax). The Following Conditions Apply to Prospective Bidders: a) Appropriate Contractor's License (Gf-4 or Gf-98 or Other Satisfactory Classification). B) Bidders Must Complete and Submit the Amafca Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form With Their Bid. Amafca Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals and to Waive Any Informality or Technicality in Any Proposal. Decisions of the State Labor Commissioner setting wage rates will be a part of the contract. The Project includes installation of a new detention pond, new retaining walls, storm drain improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalk, decorative security fencing, and street side landscaping along with NPDES compliance. AMAFCA is the contracting agency. The intent of this contract is to perform the identified work under the schedule set forth in these contract documents, as well as to establish bid items and corresponding unit prices. The duration of this contract is One Hundred and Eighty (180) calendar days for substantial completion and Two Hundred and Ten (210) calendar days for completion from the Notice to Proceed for Construction for the Zuni-Pennsylvania Detention Pond Project.
