The city wants to repair and bring back the wall to good condition. b) The total length of the wall, end to end, is 200 feet, and the height is 16 feet. c) The size of each individual siding metallic panels is 16 feet high and 4 feet wide (16'X4') d) There are 2 air vents and 3 vents hoods in the wall in good condition, to be removed and reinstalled. e) There are 3 doors ways in good condition- f) There is one light fixture and one exhaust pipe for indoor generator, all fitted with accessories and in good condition. g) The picture of the wall is given below. 2 The scope of work for this purpose will be as detailed below. a) Remove and replace metallic metal wall siding with material of higher or similar quality of exsistng b) Remove and replace damaged insulation with material of similar or higher c) IF needed remove air vents, vent hoods, light fixture exhaust pipe and anything attached to the wall for siding installation, reinstall d) Supply all material, labor and machine/equipment required needed to complete the job e) Dispose of the existing siding from the site f) Clean up the site and return to preconstruction, Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
