This work includes constructing the electrical service for ten (10) electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at an existing Public Works facility , Only City of Urbana fleet vehicles will utilize the EV charging stations. Question Deadline 08/26/2025 at 2:00 PM CT All questions pertaining to this request shall be submitted in writing through the OpenGov Procurement Question & Answer Tab via the City's e-Procurement Portal Question Response Deadline :August 27, 2025, 2:00pm The City of Urbana is seeking assistance to construct the electrical service for ten (10) electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at an existing Public Works facility, located at 704 Glover Avenue, and initially furnish and install five (5) EV charging stations. Only City of Urbana fleet vehicles will utilize the EV charging stations. QA: ATS would operate in manual mode only. Correct, there is no elevator work included in the project scope. This equipment will be located outdoors.
