Concrete slab and appurtenances for the buildings Chlorine cannister storage shed. Electrical and instrumentation system. Plant site grading. 8 thick limestone driveway with culvert and parking area. Chain link security fence. Emergency Standby Generator Preparation of site; clearing and grubbing if necessary shall be approved by the Engineer and will be at no additional cost to the Owner. Furnish and install all yard piping including all valves, fittings, connections and appurtenances in accordance with plans and specifications. Complete Well Site No. 5 well pump header piping from well pump manifold to the elevated water storage tank including all fittings, etc. for connection to manifold. Construct chemical feed piping, valves, appurtenances, and connections in accordance with plans and specifications. Construct electrical wiring, conduit, and all appurtenances in accordance with plans and specifications. Provide conduit, conductors, and termination of well pump wiring to the well motor splice box. Construct access drive, perimeter fencing, and gates in accordance with plans and specifications. The deadline to ask questions is 9/09/2025 2:00 PM CST All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing Bid Security, only in the form of 1) a certified or cashiers check drawn on a Texas bank and made payable to the City of Sour Lake; or 2) a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Texas, in the amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the total bid, must accompany each bid at the time it is submitted. Bids must be submitted on the form shown in the Contract Documents. The right is reserved by the City of Sour Lake, as the Citys interest may require, to accept or reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bids received.
