Site work for a water / sewer project in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 3,588 LF of 8 PVC waterline, 3,208 LF of 8 PVC sanitary sewer, and 2,209 LF of 27 RCP to 18 RCP storm sewer, all as per NCTCOG and Owners Geotechnical Engineers specifications to serve 123 lots on approximately 26 acres. The project is located West of F.M. 1385 and north of Sandbrock Pkwy, in the Sandbrock Ranch development in the City of Aubrey ETJ, Denton County, Texas. The deadline to ask questions is 8/29/2025 12:00 AM CST Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretations of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications and Plans, must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer, prior to two (2) business days before the Bid Opening. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding.
