Please be advised, effective immediately, due to the severe weather conditions and State of Emergency resulting from Winter Storm Fern, all scheduled activities related to the above-mentioned projects have been canceled. The referenced projects will be readvertised at a later date. This project for the Town of Pineville will be upgraded as follows: new radio read meters for all customers, New trailer and mini excavator, the repair or replace approximately 25 fire hydrants, install 3 master meters for water accountability, and the replacement of existing 6" line with new 10" line from downtown Pineville toward booster station site on WV Rt 97. CONTRACT NO. 1 - Consists of a new trailer and mini excavator, the replacement of the existing 6" line with a new 10" line from downtown Pineville toward a booster station site on WV Rt. 97 to increase volume for the Brenton / Baileysville Extension, and all appurtenances. CONTRACT NO. 2 - Consists of the repair or replacement of approximately 25 fire hydrants, and all appurtenances. CONTRACT NO. 3 - TO BID AT A FUTURE DATE - NOT PART OF THIS BIDDING CONTRACT NO. 4 - Consists of new radio read meters for all existing customers, installation of 3 master meters for water accountability, and all appurtenances. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. A five percent (5%) BID BOND must accompany all BIDS.
