The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, material, tools, supplies, supervision, management, and services, except as may be expressly set forth as Government furnished and otherwise do all things necessary to perform and provide the work efforts described in this statement of work. The Contractor shall determine how much labor is needed to perform the task, what methods will be used to complete the job, and which supplies, materials and requirements are needed. The results of the work performed under this contract will conform to the Project Specifications Requirements and the Government expects that upon daily or periodic inspections that these performance standards wi l be met or exceeded. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
