Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting qualified Design-Build (D-B) bidders to deliver work comprising of demolition and decommissioning of radio antennae towers and sites at three sites located in Leduc, Devon, and Alberta Beach, Alberta, for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The objective of this RFP is to retain an individual Contractor or Joint Venture to provide the complete design-build work as described in this tender. Utilizing a D-B service delivery methodology, a full range of professional consultant and contractor services will be required during both the design and construction phases of the project. The work for this project will include, but is not limited to, the demolition and decommissioning of radio antennae towers and sites, including abatement, clean up and restoration of three sites located in Leduc, Devon, and Alberta Beach, Alberta, including hazardous building material assessments, abatement and disposal (only for Leduc and Alberta Beach locations) and a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for each site; as more fully described in the Terms of Reference.
