Contractor shall furnish all materials, appliances, tools, equipment, transportation, services, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction of work as described in these TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, and as shown on the PLANS. Work, in general, consists of the construction of drainage improvements.
