Renovation of an educational facility in Wilder, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of October 14, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** A. General HVAC Upgrade Supply and install HVAC units as determined by site evaluations. Remove and dispose of existing HVAC units where necessary. Ensure all new systems meet current energy efficiency standards. Include system start-up, testing, and balancing services. Provide training for district maintenance personnel on operation and maintenance. Include applicable warranties and maintenance schedules. B. HVAC Installation Supply and install two rooftop packaged HVAC units for the gymnasium and up to 33 split system units. All units must be energy-efficient, commercial-grade, and compatible with existing ductwork or include necessary modifications. From qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of HVAC systems, including two (2) rooftop packaged units for the high school gymnasium and up to thirty-three (33) split system units, MAU (2) and Modular HVAC units. The project aims to improve energy efficiency and indoor air quality in accordance with state and local building codes .
